Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.
Don’t forget to precede your username with “AGGS\” (e.g. if your username were a.user, you’d need to enter AGGS\a.user). Note that’s a “\” (left of the Z key on most UK keyboards), not a normal slash.
Please note that Remote Desktop is only available to AGGS Staff and Girls who have accounts on the school network – we cannot provide access to parents or other members of the school community.
For Windows Users:
The easiest way to access Remote Desktop from a Windows computer is to right-click on this link and choose Save. Save it somewhere convenient (such as your desktop), then double-click on the file. This will open the RDP client on your machine with all the settings you need already configured.
For Mac, iOS or Android users:
To access Remote Desktop from a Mac, or from an iOS or Andrioid tablet, you’ll need to install the free Microsoft Remote Desktop client from the App Store or Google Play.
Once installed, follow the instructions on this sheet to configure your Remote Desktop App and you should be able to access our network and applications from your device easily. Be warned, though, that accessing via a 3G or 4G mobile network may become costly over long periods of time — best to use it only when you have a wifi connection.
